The term “platform” refers to the Jawdeh mobile application and website. A “user” is any individual who creates an account or uses Jawdeh’s services, while a “service provider” is a professional or entity delivering services through the platform. “Services” include any home or field services offered, such as cleaning, maintenance, or car care.

To use the platform, users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering or booking. The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, and Jawdeh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or in violation of these terms.

Services can be booked through the app or website at available times, and payments are processed securely through authorized providers. In some cases, an advance payment may be required to confirm a booking. Unless otherwise specified, all displayed prices include applicable taxes and fees.

Bookings may be canceled free of charge within the timeframe shown during booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days.

Jawdeh strives to ensure high-quality services through trusted providers; however, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. If you encounter service-related issues, please contact our support team immediately. The platform shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from misuse.

All platform content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Jawdeh and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written permission.

Jawdeh reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
